Refund and Returns Policy – Brewé Coffee

At Brewé Coffee, we prepare every order with care to ensure it matches our menu description.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be provided only for:

  • Incorrect items prepared by Brewé Coffee

  • Payment errors or duplicate charges

2. Exclusions

As deliveries are handled by third-party providers, Brewé Coffee is not liable for:

  • Spillage, damage, or temperature changes during transit

  • Delivery delays caused by the courier

  • Items that have been consumed or partially consumed

3. Timeframe for Requests

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of their order for refund requests relating to incorrect items or payment errors.

4. Refund Process

  • Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (subject to your bank/payment provider).
