At Brewé Coffee, we prepare every order with care to ensure it matches our menu description.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided only for:
Incorrect items prepared by Brewé Coffee
Payment errors or duplicate charges
2. Exclusions
As deliveries are handled by third-party providers, Brewé Coffee is not liable for:
Spillage, damage, or temperature changes during transit
Delivery delays caused by the courier
Items that have been consumed or partially consumed
3. Timeframe for Requests
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of their order for refund requests relating to incorrect items or payment errors.
4. Refund Process
Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (subject to your bank/payment provider).
